Dash is maturing into a very handsome & impressive guy and is probably our overall favorite buck.  He’s always a perfect gentleman & passes on his gregarious & affectionate disposition that we enjoy in all of our Rockspring & Rockspring-derived animals.  We couldn’t be more pleased with what he’s doing for our herd so far.  His offspring are very correct & consistent, out of all sorts of different dams & the ones who have been shown have all done very well.

Shown once during the 2002 show season, Dash was GCH LaMancha buck & “2^nd” in the BBIS lineup.

2003: 3 x 1st, 1 x 2^nd; 2 x GCH, 2 x BOB, 1 x RGCH

The RGCH was when he was standing behind his '03 son Rogue (out of Rose) who was GCH & BOB as a 4 month old - wow!  At the same show, Rogue's littermate sister Rose Petal was Jr RGCH.  The next day in the second ring, Dash stood GCH & another '03 son was RGCH. . . with both Rogue & Rose Petal winning their classes.  A very proud weekend for us, indeed!

2004: 1x2nd  (District IV LaMancha Specialty)

Dash daughters are everything we hoped for . . .albeit taking their time getting there, LOL!  They are very uniform, conformationally-correct, dairy & attractive girls with good Breed Character; nice, strong feet & legs . . . are freshening with VERY nice, productive mammaries, improved over their dams in rears & fores . . .& appraised with the highest rear udder scores in the herd for 2005.  We’re excited about these girls!
