Surge is a LONG and TALL boy (please excuse the less-than-stellar pose) whose lines should blend very nicely with ours.  With the generations of consistent quality indicated by the strength of appraisals, mammaries & overall success throughout Surge’s entire pedigree, we couldn’t resist bringing him into the herd.

Surge’s ¾ brother, Bjorn http://www.heartmtcarterkids.com/bucks.html appraised EX92 EEE for 2005 & is siring some very nice offspring, including one of Heart Mt. Carter Kids’ 2005 ADGA Spotlight Consignments; & the 2006 ADGA National 1st Yearling Milker LaMancha.

Our affinity for One*Oak*Hill needn’t be mentioned, LOL - & we’ve always admired the Hoggs-Hideaway “C/Ch” line, too.  We fell in love when we saw Surge’s dam, Faygo & hope to see pretty mammaries like that on Surge’s daughters!  Imagine our excitement to learn that Faygo’s twin sister, Sprite was awarded with 2006 ADGA National Best LaMancha Udder!

Surge has matured considerably since joining the herd in Fall of 2005 as a gangly & awkward (& in rut) 2 y.o.  He is really filling out & developing into a handsome & impressive buck! 

The Surge kids have been quite consistent in style & take after their papa, being long, tall, leggy & dairy – super-model kids, LOL!  We're particularly inspired by the high & wide escutcheon arches they're showing & can't help but to feel optimistic about those future mammaries!
