As you can probably guess by the name, Paczki (pronounced "POONCH key") was born on Fat Tuesday.  She is striking jet black like her dam with a little white splash on her side.  She showed very well as a Junior, being nearly undefeated in her class for the 2004 season & also winning Junior Reserve Grand Champion at her very first show, the District-IV LaMancha Specialty!

2005 - Paczki kidded with triplets & presented us with the mammary we were hoping she would!  Apparently not satisfied with her "peon yearling status", she intently pursued some lofty goals of striving to be the biggest & milkiest doe in the herd ASAP (& did an excellent job, I might add), therefore, did not show for 2005.

2006 sees Paczki blossoming splendidly!  She has matured immensely & has developed into a very smooth & well-balanced doe radiating with potential.  She exudes dairyness & milks very well while possessing just the right amount of strength & substance to sustain it.  She has an excellent mammary that is very snugly-attached & showing admirable globularity.  She has a high & wide rear udder; a fabulous fore-udder; a nice, strong medial & her teats, while plump are adequately-placed & plumb with nice-sized orifices making hand milking a pleasure.

This dam line is proving to be one of our most consistent for the style & overall quality we seek to produce.  Paczki is an excellent example of what we’re striving for in our breeding program & we’re extremely proud of her!
